MESSAGE ANCHORED BY THE GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT. 

TOPIC: PROCLAIMING THE GOSPEL OF SALVATION TO EVERY CREATURE. 

PSALMS 51:12-13; LUKE 1:76-79; ACTS 13:47-49; MARK 16:15-16.

Here we find a need of Psalmist the king and a real child of God, and a man that will do the fullness and the entirety will of God. And after what had happened to the psalmist, he wanted the joy of Salvation and so he prayed and telling God to restore unto him the joy of the Lord's salvation; and uphold him with His free spirit. And then he said, then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. 

✔️ He said, restore unto me the joy of Thy salvation 

✔️the joy of assurance of salvation.

✔️ the victory that comes through salvation and the understanding and the reconciliation with God. He wants that intimacy again between him and the Almighty God, he knows when that salvation is restored, only then will he have the authority and the assurance and the assignment, he said after the restoration, he can now declare the word of salvation, he have that Salvation, he had that victory first before he taught others. 

A preacher must prepare the way of the Lord so that people will see clearly how to come to the Lord, a soul winner that stand before the people representing God, calling them to Salvation and through that understanding of that salvation, they will have removal of sin, they will have the forgiveness of sin and cleansing. 

✔️Salvation brings Peace. 

✔️Salvation brings pardon. 

✔️Salvation brings forgiveness. 

✔️Salvation brings righteousness. 

✔️it's Salvation that guide our feet in the way of God. 

✔️ it is salvation that brings understanding of Salvation. 

✔️Salvation brings freedom from sin. 

Salvation brings Joy of Salvation. 

Salvation brings fruits of the Spirit. 

But a soul winner must declare that word of salvation for people to have understanding of how to get save and come to the Lord. 

Our ‎calling is to call people to the way of salvation and to bring light to the people so that they will know what it means to have salvation and know the impact of salvation. 

Before the Salvation, before the word of God, before the knowledge and the understanding of the truth and the truth of God and the light of Salvation and the knowledge of Salvation comes, you must first of all take that word, receive that word, believe that word and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, that He's the only way and He's the only One that gives salvation and eternal life. That's the word of gospel that brings people into salvation, out of darkness into the light of the truth. 

Our responsibility is to go and preach the gospel because God wants everyone to be saved and believe that word of salvation, so that as they know, they will take action and come to the Salvation and as they believe, the reality of salvation will come. We must reach them, touch them, enlighten them, preach to everyone and declare the word and the truth of salvation to sinners. 

POINT ONE: PREACHING REPENTANCE TOWARDS GOD BEFORE SALVATION.. 

MARK 1:14-15; LUKE 3:6-8; 24:47; 2 PETER 3:9; ACTS 3:19,26; 5:30-31; 17:30-31; 20:20-21; 26:19-20; 2 CORINTHIAN 7:10; 2 TIMOTHY 2:24-26. REVELATION 3:15-16,19-22.

The Salvation doesn't just come, there must be repentance. Every individual that hears the word must repent and believe the good news, salvation is personal, you must repent and believe the good news, you must confess and repent all the sins you have committed in the past, that's how salvation comes in, all flesh must hear and know, seek the Salvation of God, salvation is available for everyone, you must actually flee and run and turn away from the wrath of God to come. And for the sinners to see the salvation of God, they must bring forth the evidence and the product of repentance. 

 Repentance comes before salvation.

  Repentance comes first before the remission of sin. 

Repentance comes before forgiveness of sin repented of. 

Salvation is not peculiar to Israel, if we don't repent and you don't know the danger of continuing in ‎sin, salvation will not come, there must be the declaration of repentance towards God before salvation comes in. 

All those who want to experience the salvation must come for Salvation after that repentance, they will be counted the children of God, after that repentance, then that conversion comes, and then that salvation comes. 

 Repentance comes first before salvation

  Repentance comes first before conversion. 

Repentance comes first before your sin can be blotted out, if there's no repentance, there will be no joy of Salvation, there will be no assurance of salvation, without repentance, a time of refreshing will not come, but when there's repentance, a time of refreshing will come with grace and with pardon, only when the repentance has taken place that the time of refreshing will come from the presence of God. 

 God grants us forgiveness and then salvation. 

God grants us forgiveness and and He grants us grace ,and after that repentance, He grants us forgiveness of sin, we must emphasize repentance so that people will have the joy of salvation and the delight in the word of God. There must be repentance proceeding salvation. Understand that, when you're presenting the word of God, they must know the danger and the damnation of sin, and they must know the judgement that will comes. God commands and demands every sinner to repent, if salvation is going to come, there must be repentance because God has appointed a day which He will judge. If you don't tell sinners to repent, you are keeping back something profitable, you're keeping back something necessity and you're denying them of having a genuine Salvation. A sinner ought to know repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, don't keep anything back that is profitable and necessary, preach the whole gospel, call them to Salvation, that's the only vision, that's how they get the benefit of Salvation, they must turn away from sin and from evil and turn to God, let them know that sin is deadly and damning and destructive, and they must have godly sorrow for sin, and looking at the destructive coming, they must have sorrow and shame of sin, it's godly sorrow that brings repentance and salvation. If the sinner didn't have the godly sorrow because of the consequence of sin, that will bring destruction. Sinner must see the offense against God, those who have gone astray must come back to repentance with the acknowledging of truth, only then they can recover from the snare of the devil. If you're going to have the favour of God, and restoration into the salvation of God and into the kingdom of God, repent, if you turn away from sin, you will be forgiven. 

he that hath an ear to hear should hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. 

POINT TWO: POSSESSING THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD WITH SALVATION. 

ROMANS 10:9-10; ISAIAH 45:8, 22; 61:10; ROMANS 10:13; PSALMS 71:15; 24:3-5; ROMANS 6:13-26; 8:1-4; 2 CORINTHIAN 5:17-21; EPHESIANS 4:21-24; PHILLIPIANS 3:9-10; 1 JOHN 3:4-10.

Salvation comes with righteousness of God, and as you believe the Lord and you rarely have the genuineness of salvation, then righteousness will be visible. 

Paul the Apostle emphasized repentance and when that repentance comes, righteousness will come because salvation and righteousness are jointed together. This is not self righteousness, it's the righteousness that is coming from above, from heaven, and from the Lord Himself. He calls us to Salvation and righteousness, He calls us to righteousness and that righteousness comes through salvation. Salvation makes us to live in righteousness. The experience of Salvation brings practical righteousness, it gives us the strength and the power and the understanding to be able to live in righteousness. Righteousness makes us stable, anywhere you find salvation, in that heart you will find righteousness, and it's not self righteousness, it's that righteousness that comes through salvation and through Faith. No exemption, it's for everyone, it's for whosoever comes to Christ, and when that salvation is given, it comes with righteousness, the Grace of God is there, the presence of Christ is there and the power to live in the righteousness is there because salvation has comes in, if God has saved that sinner, he will also receive righteousness from the hand of that saving God. Salvation comes with righteousness. 

If there's no righteousness, reexamine yourself, reexamine your profession, if there's no newness in your behaviour, and there's no evidence that Christ is living inside you, you have to reexamine yourself, believe in Christ, repent and that salvation will come genuinely.

 Salvation impact freedom into every life.

 salvation brings freedom from sin. Those who are saved and they are in Christ, they are not living in the world anymore.

 salvation brings a new law. 

 salvation brings a new mode of living. 

 salvation brings a new character. 

 salvation brings a new behaviour. 

 salvation brings a new strength 

 salvation brings a new focus in life. And that new law makes us free from the law of death. 

✔️Righteousness does not approve sin. 

✔️ Righteousness does not promote sin. 

✔️ Righteousness does not encourage sin in any shape or in any form, but righteousness condemn sin and clear away sin.

When Salvation and righteousness comes, then newness of life has now come.

We must go and tell sinners about the good news, we are to tell them the danger of continuing in sin on Christ's behave, we stand for Christ and we are representing Him, we are there to reconcile sinners to God. 

When salvation comes, then righteousness will be visible and prominent in your life, righteousness must be real, there must be evidence of that salvation, there must be transformation, there must be a change of life, if the repentance is genuine, salvation and righteousness will be visible, because they are joined together, they are inseparable. Old life, old former life, old corrupted life, evil life, lascivious life must be put off and you must put on righteousness, not self righteousness, not traditional righteousness, not Jewish righteousness, but it's through ‎the faith in Christ. We believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and we have righteousness, not self righteousness, we have the righteousness that He impacted to us by faith, if salvation has been there, righteousness would have been seen there. If you're professing you're in Christ, you will not continue in sin. But If someone doesn't not practice righteousness, he's not of God and he does not have the proof of salvation, because;

✔️ a new birth and righteousness goes together. 

✔️ conversion and righteousness goes together. 

✔️ new life and righteousness goes together. 

✔️ salvation and righteousness goes together,. 

✔️ the grace of God in man and righteousness goes together, and the people will see and know that you're righteous. 

POINT THREE: PROMOTING THE REIGNS OF GOD THROUGH SALVATION. 

ISAIAH 52:7; 26:13; JUDGES 8:22-23; 1 SAMUEL 8:7; PSALMS 19:7-13; 119:133; ROMANS 6:11-12; JAMES 4:7; MATTHEW 6:24; LUKE 4:8; MATTHEW 6:10; PSLAMS 103:19-22.

God reings in the mind, in the life and in the heart of the one that have righteousness, God conquers, God is real, God reigns in the character and in the behavior of those that have genuine Salvation. When you're genuinely born again, God comes in through salvation that He has given us and He reigns. 

We must promote the dominion of God, we must promote the control and the directive power to do the Will of God, and that God reigns in the life of believers. We must bring that good news to sinners, we must proclaim the promises of God, we must declare and publicize salvation and in that salvation, at that salvation and with that salvation that enters into the heart of man, God comes in and He reigns in the heart of that one that comes to Christ. The world and the sin, and the evil tradition and the past life no longer reigns or having dominion over you because God reigns supremely in your life. When we come to Christ, we must reject the dominion and the reign of those other laws, so that the Lord will reign in our lives. It's good for you to understand that, God will use human Instrument to bring you into salvation, that doesn't mean you should surrender your life into the control of that man, and when salvation comes, God will sit on the throne of that heart and reign. The children of  Israel made mistakes, when God used Gideon to delivered them, they wanted to be under the control of man, they wanted a king to rule over them, they have forgotten that God used human instrument to delivered them, there are religious people today, they only do the right things when their leaders are present with them, because it's the instrument they are serving, and when that human instrument, that pastor is around, they will do the right things because they don't understand that, it's God that rules over them, and He's everywhere, they don't understand that, God sees the secret deeds of every man, and He knows everything they do in the secret, they don't understand that, God sees every action, and He knows the thoughts of the heart, He knows what you're practicing, He knows what is behind the cotton, but the religious people do not understand that when salvation comes in, we allow God to reign over us, and we promote the grace of God through that salvation that we have. 

Sin will not reign over us when God reigns in our hearts, sin will not reign in our characters, in our lives, in our place of work corruption and iniquity will not reign over us because conversion makes us pure and conversion cleanses us from sin, conversion makes us righteous, conversion cleanses us from willful sin, from besetting sins and sin will not have dominion over us anymore, careless sin will not have dominion over us, but God will reign over us. He will order our steps, He will direct our lifestyle, He will order our behaviour and our character, He will give us the direction we should go, and the way we should walk. When salvation comes, then the rule and the reigns and the dominions of God comes, God has now come, Christ now lives inside us, and sin will not take the upper hand because Christ will reign over us. In every ‎Consideration, in every circumstances, submit yourself to the Lord, in every activities, don't put God and any man side by side, don't live under the fear of any man, and man will not take the upper hand in your life. God will be above any man, even Satan will not reign over your life, you cannot serve God and money, you cannot serve God and traditions, you cannot serve God and religious personality, you must make up your mind that a man will not be so strong in your life and you forget God.

 If you're saved, you will promote the reigns of God. You will not be the footmat of Satan, you will not be a servant of Satan, Satan will not put a robe around your neck and drag you here and there, he will not reign over your life, he will not have the upper hand in your life, he will not be pulling you here and there, no rival, no competition, God will reign in your life, without a rival, God reigns supreme over Angels, and over everyone. Bring yourself under the control and the subjection of God, and you will belong to Him without any reservation, let Him reign over your action, let Him reign over your disposition and over your thoughts. Let His pleasure only rule over your soul, over your Spirit, over your character, over your ministry, and your converts will bless the Lord, and as you preach that salvation, and that salvation takes a root in your life, uplift that reign of God, promote it everywhere you go, let the doctrine of righteousness reign, let them know you're presenting the gospel of salvation as a representative of Christ, Christ must reign. Preach it everywhere, declare the gospel of salvation and let them come to Christ.
