TUESDAY'S LEADERS' DEVELOPMENT. 18/02/2020.
MESSAGE ANCHORED BY THE GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT.
TOPIC: THE RENEWAL OF RELENTLESS END TIME LEADERS.
ISAIAH 41:1,15; 40:31; LAMENTATION 5:21; 2 CORINTHIANS 4:16-18; REVELATION 2:25-29.
End time leaders are relentless, they are special and unique leaders because God called them out to be distinct leaders, and He want them to distinguish themselves from the world, God called them to be leaders of conviction and devoted in this last days. End time has come and time is running out gradually, end time has come upon us and this is not the time to be looking back, this is not the time to be relenting and drawing back, A leader coming to the end time like this must be focus, he must be pursuit, he must be restless and spiritually committed. When you are leading in the last days, you don't have the privilege of procrastinating anything, because end time is at hand, and the Lord is telling us to renew our vision and our commitment, the Lord is telling us to have the new power to do the work of God diligently and purposefully, you have to silence everything around you that is slowing you down so that you will be able to achieve without relenting and without looking back, in this last days, the Lord wants our strengths to be renewed, He want our backbone to be strengthens, the end time leaders needs such a renewal of the Holy Spirit that they will mount up as eagle and run and not be weary. As we are working for God in this last days, the Lord want us to add enthusiasm, passion, courage and zeal to the work of God. He want us to run the race that is set before us as of Old, we must desire to have the Old time revival because it's the Old time revival that will take over our ministry, end time preachers and pursuer don't have time to faint, if you look around you will see alot of things that will distract you, there are many things that might discourage you, that's why you need to rise up and buckle up so that your ministry will be fulfilled and you will not stop the journey of your ministry halfway. This is not the time to be weak and looking back, we must keep on serving God restlessly, we must keep the ministry of Christ unto the end. God is sending warning to every end time preachers to be spiritually minded and focus on the assignment God has given us.
POINT ONE: THE PECULIARITIES OF THIS TRYING LAST DAYS.
DEUTERONOMY 31:29; ACTS 20:29-31; LUKE 18:8; MATTHEW 24:4-8,37-38; 2 TIMOTHY 3:7; 4:3-4; 1 JOHN 2:18; JUDE 1:18.
Last days has come and this time is a trying time, it will try every backbone maybe you can carry the load of God or not, it will try your Faith maybe you will stand firm convincingly, when Moses was about to died, he received peculiarities revelation of what will happen to the children of Israel in the last days, and we must understand that, the day which we are living is evil, the world is perverted and full of transgressions and wickedness of men everywhere, these are the peculiarities of the last days and the Lord has raised us to do something for Him, and we are going to succeed in it, and if we are going to do the work of God effectively, we need to build scriptural wall around the flocks so that nothing will drift them away from the path way of righteousness, and everything that want to come in and crush them down we will fence them out. In this last days, Satan will battle against the doctrine of Holiness and righteousness and he will want to draw people away from Holiness and tries to turn the church of Christ upside down, but as leaders, we are not going to fold our hands and allow Satan to draw souls away from Him, if the messengers of Satan arise, you too will arise against falsehood, you will arise against the principles of Antichrist, you will stand against the strategies of Satan by preaching the Gospel, and by telling the truth. You will stand against Satan by very serious declaration of the word of God, you will stand against the Antichrist by preaching the truth, the Lord has told us what will happen in the last days, He said faith will be pull down and people will no more depend upon the Lord, that's why God is warning us against the peculiarities of this trying time, that we should be more concentrate on the Spiritual matter than any other things, so that when Christ shall comes He will find faith in your heart, this is the time we need to be looking up to the Lord and keep on trusting Him, we must keep believing God and rely on Him.
Some of the peculiarities of the last days Christ talks about are: Deception, falsehood and departing from righteousness and truth. All these are the signs of the last days, it will happen because it's the last days, Jesus said, in the last days many false prophets will deceive people but we must be watchful and spiritually sensitive. What was happening at the time of Noah was predicted before the flood, Noah warned them severally that they should repent because the judgment of God is coming and it will affect the whole world, but they mocked Noah and closed their ears against the warning of Noah, and eventually, the judgment of God came and they perished in the flood. This is exactly what is happening today, many people didn't believed that God is bringing judgment that will affect the whole world, they are growing deeper in their sin and they harden their hearts against the Truth. The Lord has warned us that, this peculiarities of the last days will rarely happens, but if you are standing on the right side of righteousness it will not take you unaware. Many people are studying the Bible but they don't have the knowledge and proper understanding of the word of God, all these peculiarities of the last days Jesus talks about are happening already before our eyes. Many false prophets are gone out into the world to deceive people, they profess they believe in Christ but they are working for the spirit of Antichrist, you will discover them by their erroneous teaching, you will know them by their false doctrine, it's the last time and that Spirit of Antichrist is working, but if you are Watchful, you will not be swallowed by their falsehood and their false doctrine will not catch you. The Lord also said, In the last days, there will be people that will hear the word of God but they will not surrender willingly. They will close their ears against the truth. We are already in the last days and many people are not ready to surrender their lives to the truth, they have been deceived by the Antichrist. But as children of God not fashioning to the things of the world, we must not listen to the false doctrine, we must be focus and watchful, we must stand firmly to defend the truth and you must be an uncompromising leader.
POINT TWO: THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFERABLE LEADERS DEVELOPMENT.
EXODUS 40:16; JOSHUA 11:16; 24:31; 2 TIMOTHY 2:2; 4:2-4; 1 JOHN 3:8; ACTS 26:16-18.
As leaders, God expects us to transfer the truth we have to other people. God wants us to transfer all that we are learning and hearing everyday to the people under our leadership, God want us to be leaders that will lead people out of sin, and leads them to Christ, He want us to be leaders that will transfer what we are learning to other people. God want us to transfer the Truth we have already know to the leaders coming after us, God wants us to transfer Conviction to them, Truth, Holiness, principle of the uncompromising leaders, and commitment to the leaders coming after us, as we are leading other people, we must also transfer knowledge, skill, understanding and Sound doctrine of Jesus Christ to them. Moses transferred all these to Joshua, and Joshua also transferred it to other leaders, and that's what we should do today. God wants us to transfer what we are learning to other people, He want us to transfer what we are hearing, He want us to transfer what we believe, and what we accepted to other people and we need to also transfer preaching the truth to them. Joshua got everything from Moses and he accepted, he believed all that was transferred to him, don't let what you have in your mouth die, transfer that truth you have to other people, train them, transfer sound doctrine unto them. Paul also transferred what he had to Timothy, he transferred all the ministry to Timothy and Timothy accepted, he transferred the message of Holiness and power from on higher to Timothy, that's what we should also do, we must transfer the sound doctrine to other coming leaders after us. You are learning, so you can teach other people, and you are developing so you can develop other people, you should be able to train other people in faith, train them to become a mighty useful instrument for God, train them in sound doctrine, train them to always preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ everywhere, preach the word of God, do it yourself and transfer it to other people. Preach the gospel when it's convenient time, or whether it's not convenient, do the work of God zealously and don't be disappointed, there are times the persecutors will attack you are oppose you, those who do not have interest in any convincing message will also rise against you, but you must be courageous and bold to keep on Proclaiming the truth, don't be timid and don't withdraw from preaching the sound doctrine, maintain your track of Holiness and sound doctrine, don't go back because of the persecutors, and those who do not have interest in the truth will also turn away, but that shouldn't stop you from preaching the sound doctrine, don't allow anything to shake your mind, you must understand that, ministry is not sugar and honey, preaching the truth is not always sweet, don't let anyone to intimidate you, but continue to do the work of God courageously and passionately, do it urgently to the end, Christ raised us for a purpose, and the purpose is to make sinners saved and sanctified, that's why JESUS came that He might destroy the works of the devil, and He has raised us up to destroy the works of devil, He want us to call sinners and bring them into the Kingdom of God, He's sending us out so that we will tell people that Christ came to died on the Cross for their sins, God is not willing that anyone should perish but He want them to be saved and converted, people go to hell fire so that they will spend eternity with Satan, and that's the purpose of Satan and God calls us to bring them unto repentance, and if you are going to work purposefully in this last days, you must stand on your feet, you must stand firmly and maintain your conviction, you must know that the purpose God raised us is to get us into Bible and preach everything in the Bible to sinners. He wants us to stand uncompromisingly on everything, whatever is in the Bible is our doctrine, and as you are faithfully serving God steadfastly and immovably, nothing will touch your life until you finish your work IN Jesus Name Amen. Many people didn't believed in the word of God, but they believe in the daily news they are hearing because they have turn their ears from hearing the truth, but if you single yourself out to stand on the truth, the Lord will honour your Faith, He created all universe and just a word He will crush down the works of enemies in your life, God want us to keep to the Purpose He created us for.
POINT THREE: OUR PROGRESS TOWARDS THE TIMELESS LORD'S DESIRE.
ISAIAH 53:6; 45:22; LUKE 2:10; 1 TIMOTHY 2:3; ACTS 17:36; 2 PETER 3:9; MARK 16:15-20.
As we are preaching the Gospel, we need to discover the Lord's desire, God's desires are timeless, and we need to make progress out of it. Salvation is available for everyone, and the Lord's desire is that we tell everybody about Christ, the sacrifice of Jesus has never neglect anybody, He want everyone to come to the knowledge of the truth. The intention of God and His plan is to bring all souls into Kingdom, the sacrifice of Jesus and the Lord's desire is, He wants all to come to the knowledge of Salvation, He came for all and He brought Salvation to us all, He died for us and His desire is to take the gospel of salvation to all men, He want all men to be saved and free from the coming judgment, He want all men to come to the knowledge of salvation, that's why He's sending us out to bring all to the Kingdom of God, He commanded all men to repent because He has appointed aday to judge all men and because He desire that they will escape, He want all men to be saved. God has given assurance to all men that JESUS Christ came into the world to died for the sin of the whole world, that's why we must preach the word and preach it to everyone and as you promptly obey, God will honour your faithfulness, He's not willing that any soul should perish, but He want all souls to come unto repentance. That's why He has given us the message of Salvation and faithfully, repeatedly, courageously and fearlessly we are going to do it urgently. God wants every creatures to hear the word of Christ, and the Lord will empower you with the Holy Ghost so that when you preach, people will believe in Christ through you, and the word in your mouth will draw souls into Kingdom and signs and wonders shall follow you through. The Lord says, as you are faithfully preaching the True Gospel to sinners, If you drink any deadly thing that meant to make people die, it will not hurt you and it will not kill you. You will see the manifestation Power of God as you go out and demonstrate the Power of God, the Lord has shew us what will be happening in the last days, and they are happening before our eyes everyday, and God want us to be focus and diligent, He want us to renew our strength, don't lower down your commitment.
He has sent signal to us, and He want us to continue steadfastly in Faith and in preaching the Gospel of Salvation Relentlessly and faithfully to the end.
